Paul is a seasoned real estate professional with a proven track record of satisfying clients across various sectors. He approaches each assignment with unwavering dedication, ensuring complete client satisfaction.
Paul has recently specialized in creative real estate transactions. Notably, in 2012, he brokered the largest office lease in Metropolitan Phoenix for District Medical Group’s Children’s Rehabilitative Services facility. This deal involved 56,000 square feet over 11 years, valued at approximately $13.5 million, and earned the RED award for the best adaptive re-use of space. In 2014, Paul achieved another milestone by brokering Scottsdale’s highest per square foot office investment sale at $303 psf.
His recent transactions include the sale of $20 million in land, a $6 million office building, a $4 million retail center, a 45,000-square-foot parcel to a retail developer, and a 70,000-square-foot industrial lease.
Paul is also an accomplished author, having written articles like “Yes Virginia, Office Condos Still Make Sense,” published in the Spring 2009 State Bar of Arizona Real Estate Journal. He earned the prestigious CCIM designation in 2002, a distinction held by only 6% of commercial real estate brokers in the U.S. As a protégé of Roger Fisher, the author of “Getting to Yes,” Paul embodies the principles of “win-win negotiations.”
Rebecca Roberts
Rebecca has been immersed in the real estate industry since 1994, with a diverse background encompassing sales, management, and finance in manufactured housing. Her extensive experience includes ownership of a dealership, working as a loan officer, owning a mortgage brokerage, and investing in both residential and commercial real estate. Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in October 2012, she has dedicated her focus exclusively to commercial real estate.
Recently, Rebecca has facilitated significant transactions such as the sale of $20 million in land and securing a 68,000-square-foot industrial lease.
A Phoenix native, Rebecca graduated from ASU with a BS in Psychology in 1988. She is an active member of Pinal Partnership and serves on its economic development committee.
