Where should I locate my business if I wish to be near Taiwan Semiconductor (“TSMC”)?
TSMC, the world’s largest semiconductor manufacturer is located in North Phoenix. Amkor, a semiconductor packager, is building a large plant in Peoria which is 20 minutes away. Glendale and Surprise also have easy access.
What if we need easy access to California?
Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye and Litchfield are in the southwest part of Metro Phoenix and provide the closest access to California.
What if I would like to be near the proposed 4,500-acre BNSF intermodal (railroad and truck facility)?
The BNSF project will be located along US 60 in the Northwest portion of Metro Phoenix. The City of Surprise and unincorporated areas of Maricopa County are in close proximity.
Where is Arizona State University (“ASU) located?
ASU is located in Tempe. The east valley cities of Chandler, Gilbert and Mesa are also close.
